The SOD523 device is introduced with 100%  
matte tin plated external leads only and can  
be ordered as follows:

This numbering convention will apply until Zetex is completely Pb-free, at which time the U  
prefix will not be required. (Target date for conversion is Q2 2005.)  
TA reels contain 3,000 parts. Where larger reels are required the TC reel contains 10,000  
parts.

September 2004.

New Schottky in development  
A low leakage alternative ZLLS350 in this SOD523 package is currently being developed  
and scheduled for release in Q4 2004. This Schottky will offer excellent high current  
operation at higher temperatures specifically benefiting applications where extended battery  
life is and space considerations are of prime importance.
