This com pact SOD323 packaged Schottky diode offers users an excellent  
perform ance com bination com prising high current operation, extrem ely low  
leakage and low forward voltage ensuring suitability for applications requiring  
efficient operation at higher tem peratures (above 85ЊC) see Operational efficiency

Operational efficiency chart  
The operational efficiency chart indicates the beneficial use of the ZLLS series diodes in applications requiring  
higher voltage, higher tem perature operation. Circuits requiring low voltage low tem perature operation will
